Cute book, full of flowers and pink and romance and beauty of life and optimism! Extremely unrealistic (but it was so rose tinted) and also failed bechdel test

First two thirds ATE! 5 stars! Last third felt rushed and I was bored unfortunately :/

3.5 stars rounded down. The reveals at the end saved this book, everything else was slow moving and lacked maturity. Where was the DANGER?!?!! “Yeah we’re prisoners of THE continent’s prison for the worst criminals ever, but everyone can roam around whenever they’re not working” like what. The absence of urgency and occasional modern vernacular totally transported me out of the text

I loled at the baby names “iverson” and “navy” those are so stupid. Who is dom and why was he in the epilogue at all?

Stuff kept happening… and then undoing itself? Why did the ending get ruined by another guy

I think the cowboy stuff is not my thing but I did like everything vivi and aurora related! Hated Winona because where’s the rest of her character

I think it’s because it’s 3 am but I really enjoyed this book! Disliked the (spoiler) TWO breakups!!

I honestly did not like Charlie because he was 1. Written like an adult when he was 14-17 2. Nonchalant to the max which was extremely childish so now he’s the worst of both worlds

Honestly, I had no idea what was going on or what they were talking about 40% of the time. The same unreasonable problems kept happening, I do NOT CARE ABOUT XADEN!!!! And I think two (2. Two.) total plot developments happened (in the last 100 pages)

It’s insanely cringe language and stuff but the plot is pretty cute
