Another book by T Kingfisher that I absolutely couldn't put down.

This one was tough - the relationship that Cordelia has with her mother is hard to read, but so real and relatable.

I love that, again, Kingfisher includes a lot of "found family" that is so loving and wonderful.

This book had an interesting premise, but it was kind of hard to follow. The characters kind of bounced from place to place through the whole book without a lot of sense of space.

Unsurprisingly, T Kingfisher has delivered another amazing story about love and found family. The mystery of this book was interesting enough to drive the story, but the little romancy parts made me smile and giggle. I loved all of it.

From the first line to the last, this book had me captivated. It's a love story in the deepest sense - the kind of love that is willing to sacrifice everything.

The main character is flawed, but learning. Her found family is silly and lovable and deeper than you'd think for a book of this length.

This story ended so well, but I wish I could live in it just a little longer. I think this book will sit with me a long time and I can't wait to see what else this author has to offer.

This book is a truly deep love story. About how love brings people together when the world tears them apart. I love the various stories of the relationships and the complications the characters are working out the while time. I love the enchanted land they dwell in and the way that it is it's own character. I can't wait to read the sequel!

I did not know the story of Circe before reading this book, so every turn was a surprise. I absolutely loved the way this story was told from Circe's perspective and how it lets the reader get inside her head.

Highly recommend if you love Greek stories and especially if you loved Song of Achilles by this author.

I didn't even know that Hank wrote a book until my sister recommended it to me. I read it in 2 days. Just like when the HP books came out when I was a teenager and I couldn't put them down. It is that good.

It's compelling. It feels like it could be real. I relate to the main character even though she's not like me irl, but she explains her actions in such a real way. I get it.

Good job, Hank Green! I'm gonna read your next book now and I think you should write more! I know people compare you to your brother, but this is something completely different. It's so you and I love it.

This is a fictional memoir about a woman who studies dragons. The characters don't say they're from England, but it feels very much like they are.

It feels very believable in the way the story unfolds. They characters are not perfect and they are very interesting. I was often frustrated at their choices, but I loved that the author kept bringing it back to the fact that she was so young when she was on her first dragon expedition.

I'll probably read more of these books. I found it after reading. Emily Wilde's Encyclopedia of Fairies and it does have similar vibes.

As with all the books in the series by Brandon Sanderson, this book is a love story to his biggest fans. But this one is actually a love story.

Surprisingly intriguing, the story blossoms as you sit with it. The characters start out so young and flawed, but together they learn to appreciate their own gifts as well as the gifts and talents of the people around them.

This book was interesting in it's premise, but I was obvious to me that this was written by a new writer. Some pacing issues and uninteresting ways of explaining some things stood out to me, but the characters were mostly good and the story itself is interesting. I look forward to reading other books by this author in the future.
