I was uncomfortable with the way White talked about women and the Irish

I just couldn't get into the narration, and the narrator kind of annoyed me.

I didn't like the ending of the story, but up until the point where Circle winds up with Telemachus, I enjoyed the story and the prose

I didn't really like the author's voice.

I just wasn't really a fan of the narration, or the way they introduced the concept of zombies.

It felt like 2 stories in one. I wasn't a huge fan of the romance part, but I loved the magic system and the relationship between Agnieszka and Katia.
