I finished this one in just two days and absolutely adored Brody & Shiloh’s story. I was certainly more emotionally invested in Jude & Lila’s journey, yet their unique backstory and healing made their story a beautiful tale of two people destined for each other.
Emery has a special talent for crafting emotionally powerful love stories. I am truly captivated by her writing, and she has swiftly become one of my top authors.
While I don’t usually come across triggering content, if you are aware of your triggers, it’s advisable to check before delving into any of Emery’s books as they touch on some sensitive topics.
Oh my goodness! This book was absolutely fantastic! I devoured it in less than a day. If I didn’t have adult responsibilities, I would have probably finished it in one go
Oh, wow. This book took me on an emotional rollercoaster like no other.
Have you ever read a book and felt like you were living through the main character's experiences? Because I swear, the emotions Lila faced, I was right there by her side!
Jude McCalister?
I went from loving you to strongly disliking you, then feeling incredibly sad for you, then thinking you got what you deserved, and finally, feeling ready and at peace to forgive you.
This was my first time reading a book by Emery Rose, and it did not disappoint.
I am looking forward to reading Brody’s story.

ARC REVIEW | Burnout is a cute, light and easy read. I would recommend it to those who enjoy sports romances set in that college age era. It was a great twist on a sports romance with the MMC being a dirt bike rider and a the FMC was a Gymnast.
I really liked Knox and Avery’s story. It was cute and the both just came together in the cutest of ways. Knox has a hard “bad boy” exterior but underneath his leathers he’s kind, caring and compassionate. He’s protective of his family and the ones he loves. He works hard and he fights for what he believes is right, all whilst working hard to achieve his dreams. He doesn’t do the relationship thing, but he’s hooked on Avery.
Avery is a Olympic level gymnast who is in college, she thinks the worst of Knox at first but the more she gets to know him she realises that he is a big cinnamon roll under that hard exterior. The story is really cute and has spice. Avery might be sweet; but my goodness me she’s made for Knox
This book is truly stunning. This was my first ever MM romance novel, and I wasn’t disappointed. Oh my gosh, the heartfelt love and care poured into this book. It evokes the essence of falling in love. I don’t think I can even really put into words how much I loved this story.
I’m sorry, but Ellis is the most stunning individual in the history of the world. Im sorry but the letters he writes? Omg
I really, really enjoyed this one! Honestly. I was not expecting the plot twist. I am all for a romantic suspense as well, they keep me interested and on my toes. I can sometimes find romance novels, repetitive and quite boring so this was a great story for me!
This was my first Catherine Cowles book and honestly, it did not disappoint. I’m so excited to continue with this series.
I loved the Holt and Wren’s story, heartbreaking as it may have been. I was definitely rooting for them both to overcome their demons, challenges and become one again.
I’m normally quite good with my intuition when it comes to choosing the culprit, but this one had me shook - haha - I definitely was NOT expecting it
This one started off strong, quick and fast paced chapters. I didn’t hate or love the story, it was okay. I felt like I was going to really like it, then it kind of just fell a little flat for me.
