Who Would Like This Book:

If you're searching for spiritual inspiration, fascinating tales, and a window into Indian mysticism, "Autobiography of a Yogi" delivers big time. Yogananda's journey is full of color and wonder, with stories of saints, seekers, and otherworldly adventures. This is a classic for anyone curious about self-realization, yoga (in the broad, spiritual sense), and cross-cultural spiritual exploration. If you enjoy mystical stories or love exploring different worldviews about purpose and consciousness, you'll likely be captivated.

Who May Not Like This Book:

Skeptics, realists, and science-minded readers might find the book's miracle stories too much to swallow. Events like levitation, invisibility, or supernatural feats are presented as fact - and that can stretch credulity. Some find the reverence for gurus, the esoteric focus, or the lack of practical how-tos off-putting. If you want a grounded, evidence-based guide to yoga or spirituality, or if fables and miracles tend to annoy you, this book probably won't be your cup of tea.

A beloved spiritual classic - magical and inspiring for seekers, but too fantastical for skeptics. Approach with an open mind and a sense of curiosity!

I found Paramahansa book to be a walk into the magic life of a devotee that would become a Guru in his own right. He would start his own school of self realisation and change the lives of millions of people. He inspired my book and inspires my mission everyday
