From The Publisher:

" The Eighth Story. Nineteen Years Later.

Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, a new play by Jack Thorne, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is the eighth story in the Harry Potter series and the first official Harry Potter story to be presented on stage. The play will receive its world premiere in London's West End on July 30, 2016.

It was always difficult being Harry Potter and it isn't much easier now that he is an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic, a husband and father of three school-age children.

While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted. As past and present fuse ominously, both father and son learn the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, darkness comes from unexpected places."

Poorly written fanfic with the stamp of approval from an increasingly unhinged and devolving author. Genuinely, don't bother.

Spoiler ¿¿¿VOLDEMORT TENIENDO UNA HIJA CON BELLATRIX???

“Those we love never truly leave us, Harry. There are things that death cannot touch.” And Harry Potter is one among them.

Finally, I had this book in my hands! What a feeling!

I pre-ordered this book and got hold of it on the day of its release.

I loved the idea of 19 years fast-forward with Harry,Ron,Hermione being parents and all. I wish this was a normal J.K Rowling 400+ pages ,long book than a Play. But nevermind!

Harry Potter in any format =ALWAYS!

Story was originally written by J.K Rowling, I could make out her style in different witty comments and twists. I had imagined Harry and co. in some other profession, not in Ministry! I just hated them in being in Ministry. Parts made me angry, happy, LOL and cry out to Albus to stop doing nonsense.

I quivered with joy when Snape came back! when triwizard tournament came back! when that nose-less pig came back too. All i am going to do is re-read it with the series and find Inner peace!

I didn't have high hopes for this when I started it but it was a good story. Was true to the other books and I enjoyed most of the character dynamics.

I found it difficult to read it as a play format.
