While there wasn't tons of plot, the romantic relationship was very intense, and the friendship was fun. A good read for anyone who enjoys smut.
Written for college students on tiktok who liked the tripe sophmoric writing of EL James, who think they want it "dark" but really want it sanitized. MMC was supposed to be dark and dangerous- but what the reader "sees" is a guy that behaves like a beta playacting Too xxx for teens, but really that's who's going to enjoy this. Think the author got a checklist of what's going to offend the terminally offended, and tried to cut anything that might cause backlash. Storyline and characters could have been great. Too bad.
I liked every detail of this book, 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊𝒏𝒈. The way the writer described scenes and feelings made me end the book in one day! I literally stopped reading books after I read all the books in this series because I couldn't accept reading any other book that isn't the same 😭😭 (u'll find none like this if u searched).
In the end. I love this series, and especially this book❤️❤️
