The best way I can describe this book is, intense. Not as thrilling entertaining read as some other thrillers. Somehow I found the story both appealing to keep reading but at the same time quite difficult to read at some parts. Don't know if I wasn't in the mood for her way of story telling at the time but it's a very good book overall. Karin Slaughter has an extremely readable way of writing, the one that drags you into the story and characters and you can't really stop your self from reading eventough some scenes are somewhat chocking and intense. Glad I've got a bunch of her other works to read
