Gah. I've teetered between rating this one star to three stars, and I've just decided not to rate it. The problem is that while I didn't like it (which I would generally rate one star), I don't think that's fair. It's well written, intriguing, and different than a lot of romances I've read--and I'm still thinking about it days after reading it. It just wasn't for me. And I'll probably think about reading the next book in the series.
