I just can't keep on reading this book. I can't stand the MC😅😓
Both boys seem good candidates to me. They both encourage Lara Jean to try new things, although only one of them succeeds.
It is not my first book of youth romance but the first one where I have begun to ship the couple. But I must say that the main love interest knows how to be unpleasant when he wants, as well as selfish or superficial. Which shines the moments where he is kind and more mature.
I liked how Lara Jean's relationships with her sisters are explored, especially at the end. I also liked how the character of Lara Jean is someone who has never had a couple out of fear, I identify, and is someone who is not used to parties or to be popular but begins to change after that deal.
The end seems a bit very dramatic, with everything that happened with Margo, but I really enjoyed the experience; especially when my love / hate relationship with the couple began.
EWwWwWwW, I just can't with whiny, self-absorbed, basic feminine characters....
i'm kinda confused bout my rating on this one. i barely cared at all about lara jean and definitely didn't give a damn about the boys. buuuut, i loved the dynamic between lara jean, kitty and their dad (tbh margot wasn't my fave). and that ending???? what the heck was that?
i think i'll like the story more when i see the films maybe
