I enjoyed this story. It has a great mysterious twist but it is also an interesting romance element.
A contemporary romance. I love the way the story goes back in time. It starts at a nursing home, where the two leads look back at the past.
My favourite love story. I also like the Gothic atmosphere and mystery of Thornfield Hall. A displaced orphan turned governess finds love in an unexpected place.
A good read. It isn't amazing, but good. I enjoyed the high school science theme. Nerdy teens, etc.
An interesting read. A realistic portrayal of life in a boarding school. Some good writing, great characters.
I liked the detail in this story. The characters came across well. I found the first person writing a bit hard going and tiring, though. All in all, I liked it.
I loved it. A great love story. Enemies to lovers theme. Elizabeth Bennett is a brilliant, witty character. Jennifer Ehle captured her well on screen.
I liked the historical vibes to this story. A classy, enjoyable read. A happy ending from a tragic beginning.
I enjoyed this. As good as the TV series with lots of interesting characters and, of course, a great historical romance.
Just my kind of book. A regency with a mysterious castle. Lots of intrigue and classic Jane Austen. A must read for fans of period drama.
